HERE: Room in my apartement in Kallhäll, 25 minutes from Stockholm Central station with local train. 4500 SEK/month for this big room, a deposit of 9000SEK If you are 2 persons, you need to pay 1500kr extra. 2 Beds (not same as in pics), 2 shelves, 1 locker, 1 drawer, double closet, double workingdesk for 2, chairs, bedtable and a palm tree. Own refridgerator and water kettle in the room. Rent is paid in advance no later than the 25th every month. Give heads up one calendar month before moving out so always pay 1 rent after telling you want to move out. We live in 4 room flat on 3:rd floor, with a large balcony in a cozy relatively newly built area in Kallhäll. With a convenience food store, green spaces near the lake Mälaren. 4 H farm with horses and small animals close by. Ten minutes walk to the center with Coop, Ica, Café, library, several fitness gyms etc. Good transports links to Norrort with connection to Uppsala commuter train, and to Stockholm which takes 22 minutes by commuter train. Bus to the Kista shopping mall which is open every day until 9 pm, and 1 train stop from Jakobsbergs Shopping Centre. I am looking for someone who works or study in daytime and is calm and like dogs. A non smoker and responsible, also without allergies as we have nice dogs. Fresh bed clothes/blankets/pillows included. Fully furnished & WiFi. Large laundry room in the house.
