Rent our house until 1 June 2019 with a possible extension until 1 December 2019. Our home is a comfortable house with a renovated interior. The house was built in 1977, located in a suburb of Stockholm. It is a 1 1/2 storey villa of 147 m2 with garden. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a living room and a large bathroom. The master bedroom has a 180 cm double bed and a walk-in closet. The two other bedrooms are a bit smaller, and each have a 80-90 cm single bed. Ground floor consists of kitchen, laundry room, bedroom, bathroom and living room. The kitchen is newly renovated with stove, two owens (steamoven and a regular), dishwasher and comes with all necessary kitchen utilities. The laundry room has washing machine, dryer and space to hang laundry. The bedroom has a 80 cm wide bed which can be converted into 160 cm. We live in a quiet neighborhood near a golf course and forest with close access to jogging and / or walking paths. Lake Mälaren is at very close distances where you can go swimming and sunbathing from the cliffs. There are small beaches within biking distance. One of Swedens largest shopping malls Barkarby is just 10 minutes away by car. There are several major beaches along Lake Mälaren pretty close to it takes about 20 minutes each drive. Our house is located just a minutes walk to the bus that takes you to the train station or Barkarby Jakobsberg. You will reach Stockholm city center in about 25 minutes by car and 30-45 minutes by bus / train. Our home is ideal for families with children, because it is near the forest o playgrounds and there is a garden. Schools in the area.
