We are looking for a potential Lodger for the spring/ summer period. 6 months. The rent is 4300:- excluding electricity (estimate 500-800:- monthly but this can change and bills will be available for transparency). The room is cosy with a double bed and a wardrobe and there is space to have a desk. It has a window which looks out to the back of the house. The rest of the house is comprised of 2 floors, the entrance floor has the living room and kitchen area which you can use. There is a toilet room upstairs and a bathroom downstairs with a toilet and shower. 2 other bedrooms are downstairs, my husband and I are in one of them and we keep the other one as our guest room/ office. We would like to rent out to a student or someone doing an internship or a fixed-term contract who needs a temporary place to live. You should not be allergic to dogs or scared because we have a middle-sized dog with us.
