We will let our dream house for long-term starting late August/September 2017. The house is located a 20 minuts drive south of central Stockholm. The vill is located right by a beautiful lake. You have your own bridge, in the lake you can do your own fishing. The house is newly renovated. The main house has one big bedroom, on large living room, dining room, kitchen, two separate bathrooms each with a shower, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fireplace. Outside the house is a large terrace with evening sun and a large barbecue grill. Next to the house is a small house located with two bedrooms, each with three own entrance. The house is located 7 km from Huddinge centrum where Södertörns Högskola and Karolinska Universitetssjukhus is located, from here the train takes you to the City terminal in 12 minutes. We are looking for a long-term tenant. We think the house is perfect for a single, for a couple, or for a few students who want to share. The house is available to rent from late August/early September 2017. You can rent it until July 2018. We would like to spend some time in the house during the summer vacation 2018, then you may continue to rent it from August/September 2018 for another year.
