The bedroom/living room has a 160cm bed, a dining table, cupboards, and a sofa. The bathroom has a sink, washing machine, toilet, and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, cutlery, plates, cooking pans, etc. The apartment is on the first floor of a two-floor villa. The apartment is in a calm area with a lake just 70m away and the forest within a 15-minute walk. A bus station (Orrvägen) is also 70-100m from the door. From there, bus lines 710, 704, and 703 can take you to either the subway station Fruängen or the commuter train station Stuvsta within 10 minutes. In total, a journey from home to Stockholm City takes 30 minutes. It is also close to the major universities in Flemmingsberg (Karolinska Institutet, Södertörns Högskola). The rent is 10000 kr per month ( one person or 12000/ two persons), including heating/electricity, water, and rubbish collection. If both parties are willing to continue, the rental length can be discussed. We rent out our sons apartment.
