The row house is in a residential area with a grocery store nearby, and shopping facilities close by in Huddinge, Kungens Kurva/Skärholmen. Buses to Huddinge, Karolinska Hospital and Södertörn and Fruängen takes 15 minutes. Commuter train within walking distance from Stuvsta Station.
