This studio apartment is on the ground floor of our villa. It has its own entrance and you have your own kitchen and bathroom. Then you also have access to a laundry room, parking space and patio with barbecue. It is fully equipped. Our house is located in a residential area 15 km south of downtown Stockholm. It takes 15 minutes to get there by car or 30-40 minutes by public transport. We live 2 km from Farsta Strand where you have both Tunnelbana (metro) and Pendeltåg (commuter train). If you dont want to walk to Farsta Strand there is a bus 150 m from our house. There are two single beds and these can easily be moved together to form a double bed. Then there is a large sofa that can also function as a sofa bed. There is a dining table with four chairs. Large smart TV and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a shower. A laundry room is available next to the apartment. Fast WiFi for those who want to work or watch series or sports. The biggest advantage is the area where we live. A very quiet area with beautiful nature, but still close to central Stockholm.
