Hello, we have a room available in our beautiful large shared house in Farsta We have a total of 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a sauna, 2 spacious living rooms, a large kitchen, laundry room, a large balcony, a large terrace, garden, garage and parking. 5 minutes by bus to Pendeltågsstation or green line. Start date: The room is available from November and can be rented on a long-term basis. You should like to live with other people and be a non-smoker. I have a dog, she will love you, but unfortunately she does not like other dogs or cats at home. The room is very nice (last picture), has a bed, desk and a spacious wardrobe (not in the picture). SEK 4900,- / month 900,- for all costs like electricity, heating, WiFi, etc. It is an official contract, no second hand and we rent out only to one person. When we rent out, we will delete this post.
