Good bus connections, proximity to many different shops, open air market, restaurants, gyms etc. This studio apartment with about 70 sqm floor area, has large dormer windows with views overlooking the sea and Denmark, separate area for dining, two sleeping areas and living room with a large sofa and a 40 inch TV with satellite channels (Canal Digital). It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, toaster and electric kettle. Furthermore Fast Internet (fiber), tiled bathroom with shower and underfloor heating and Parking is available on the street, or can be arranged on the property. NOTE: We require residents to be non-smokers, and we do not allow children under 10 years (due to windows and steep staircase).
