Från och med i sommar hyr jag ett stort hus i Anga vid Östergarnslandet och letar efter en lämplig person eller ett par som vill hyra nedervåningen och dela kök och badrum med mig. På nedervåningen finns 3 rum att hyra, ett av dom saknar tyvärr dörren in till köket men skulle kunna användas som kontor tex. Dom två andra rummen består av ett sovrum samt vardagrum med kamin. Till huset hör en stor trädgård med växthus, utekök och badtunna. Trägården är vildvuxen och det är fritt fram för hyresgästerna att odla och plantera. I gästhuset 100 meter från stora huset bor en stor men snäll boxer med sin husse. Du/ni behöver absolut bil för att bo här, bussen är en bit ifrån. Det tar ca 40 min med bil till Visby, och 20 till Roma för närmsta affär. Jag är en fullvuxen kvinna som bott i liknande situationer många gånger så jag vet hur viktigt det är att vi klickar, att vi hittar en hälsosam balans där vi respekterar varandras privatliv samtidigt som vi faktiskt kan hänga tillsammans när vi känner för det. Jag är allt annat än fyrkantig, älskar musik och att dansa och samtala, gärna ihop med vin, men för det mesta är jag en ensamvarg som bara vill ha lugn och ro. Im therefore looking for someone, or a couple, that would like to share the house with me. You would be living in the 3 rooms downstairs, and share the kitchen and bath with me. One of your rooms is unfortunately missing the door towards the kitchen, but that could for example be an excellent office space, the other two rooms is a bedroom and a living space with a fire place. There is some furniture, but that could be sorted however you wish. The garden is a bit overgrown, but you are welcomed to enhance it There is space to grow food and flowers if you wish, and theres a small pool that can be heated up or just soak in hot summer days, as well as an outdoor kitchen. 100 meters from the house is a smaller one, where an old man (the owner of the place) and his big, but kind, boxer dog lives. You absolutely need a car to live here, the bus is unfortunately lacking. It takes around 40 min. to drive to Visby, and 20 min. to Roma where the nearest supermarket is. Im a fully grown woman that has lived in these kind of situations plenty of times so I know how important it is that we jell well together, that we can respect each others privacy as well as being able to hang out together if we feel like it. Im weird and fun at times, I love music and to dance and have great conversations, wine is nice, but a lot of the time Im a loner that just needs peace..
