Hi My name is Lobo and I have a room available in Rambergsvallen, on Hisingen. The apartment is located in a very quiet area and close to several grocery stores (Coop/Willys) and other places and restaurants, bus and tram stops. The apartment is 10/15 minutes from the city center, Brunnsparken (with tram 5, 6 or 10). The room has three wardrobes and theres enough space for clothes and other stuff, a 90cm bed, a working table with chair, bookshelves, lamps and courtains. I am a musician and work full time with technical service. I am vegetarian, dont smoke and rarely drink. I am a very organized person and when Im home I like to relax and feel that Im in a clean, quiet and positive environment. In my free time I like to write and work with my music, meet friends and my hobby is photography. Im looking for a nice and social but calm person because its very important for me that we have a good and quiet atmosphere in the apartment and that we can communicate without any problem and at the same time respect each others space and privacy. It is also important for me that you are vegetarian, but its not a requirement. You must be a non-smoker, over 20 years old and have a stable economy, full time job or full time studies. I will eventually rent the room to someone with a pet (dog, cat or bird). Unfortunately it is not possible to party in the apartment but friends are welcome to come and say hi, just not too late in the evening. The rent is 4500 per month with a deposit of 4000 with the payment of the first month. The rent is payed in advanced before the 25th each month. The contract begins the 1th of december and lasts till the 28th of february (threen months to start but with good possibility to stay longer). Warmth, electricity and internet are included in the rent.
