ROOM TO LET FOR STUDENT. From January 19 we have a room in a shared apartment to let for the spring term. The cosy apartment is in the attic of a villa in the east center of Gothenburg, 15 minutes to the City centre by bus or tram. The villa is situated in surroundings perfect for recreation, with forest and lakes not far away. Grocery store is nearby. The bedroom is 15 m2 with a rent of 4300 sek. Shared with one other student: living-room, kitchen, toilet/shower. No bedroom door keys, but the apartment has a front door that you will have a key for. We have internet, but if we need to upgrade the amount of internet data and speed we could add an extra fee for that. Cleaning and laundry is made by you. We want to help students from abroad, so foreign students have priority. We also want some proof of that you will study here in Gothenburg. Non smoking.
