I want to rent my apartment for three months and two weeks Move in: 14 August Move out: 30 November The apartment is partly furnished. The rent is without electricity (count 400-500kr a month as well) We will sign a contract with the Landlord (Poseidon AB). Then you can pay the rent and the deposit. I will not charge until the landlord approves the contract between us. I take one month as a deposit with invoice. You will get it back when the apartment is returned undamaged. Because the rental period is short, I prioritise advance payment for all three months and two weeks, especially if you have not fixed your income.
