Please read this before writing to me Im looking for clean ,quiet and non-smoking tenant(no couples). The apartment is tenant owned 3 rooms flat and Im occupying one of the rooms. The room is fully furnished desk-chair,bed and wardrobe. Bathroom,living room and kitchen are shared. Monthly rent is 3000kr. Rent includes water , electricity and the internet. The flat is located in the northern part of Gothenburg. It takes 28 to 35 minutes to Central station. My current tenant will be living back to his country 15th of January. The room will be available from 16 th of January or beginning of Feb.
