The living room is large and open, with lots of morning sun. The bedroom is spacious and it includes a built in wardrobe with plenty of storage. The apartment has a very big balcony where the sun hits during the mornings. As a tenant, you also have access to the neighborhoods facilities, such as sauna, gym, parking garage, barbecue areas, laundry rooms, playgrounds, football field and a party room. There is a bus stop right across the street with 3 bus lines that can take you everywhere you need. It takes a 3 minute walk to get to the closest supermarket, and 10 minute walk to Selma Lagerlöfs Torg, where you can find all amenities such as a large supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, library, etc. We are subletting our apartment as we are moving to a different city for work.
