We are looking to rent out our lovely basement with 2 fully furnished rooms in the apartment, we are a family of 4 who live on ground floor. Please note following and only people who are okay with following please apply. 1. Single Person Only. 2. fully furnished rooms in basement. 2. Dedicated bathroom on ground Floor. 3. Shared kitchen on ground floor. 4. 2 months notice Period. 5. 1 month Rent as security. 6. Cleaning once a week. 7. There is a maintenance planned for bathrooms from September proabably until october end, where bathroom will be available in society outside apartment.
