Hi, I am looking for a tenant who would like to rent a room in a shared apartment in Högsbohöjd (closest stations are Fyrktorget and Axel Dahlström torg). The rent is 5000 SEK/month plus electricity and includes a private furnished room with shared amenities such a kitchen (with dishwasher), bathroom (with washing machine), living room and a balcony. The apartment is currently shared with a 25 year old girl who studies in Gothenburg University. Therefore, a desired tenant will be a girl, who is clean and calm.
