There are three student rooms for rent in a duplex apartment on the 8th floor in Örgryte, to three students at Gothenburgs University or Chalmers University. Two of the bedrooms are located on the upper floor and one is located on the bottom floor next to the front door. The students will share a bathroom with shower and a living room on the upper floor. On the bottom floor we will all share a small toilet, kitchen, dining room and balcony. The rest of the apartment is for my personal use. All bedrooms are furnished with a desk, desk lamp, wardrobe, bookshelf and bed (90, 120 and 140cm wide). Pillows, duvet and sheets are included. The living room on the upper floor consists of a couch, two armchairs, dining table and a television with 20 channels. Superfast optic fibre broadband with Wi-Fi is included as well as electricity and heating. There is a common laundry room with dryers and drying room. There is a locked bicycle storage. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment/ on the balcony and in the area around the apartments. One months rent in deposition. The family includes the dog Mimmi, a 12 years old, friendly and happy Labrador girl. (She refuses to climb the stairs to the second floor) The apartment is located near Skatåss and Delsjöns leisure area with all of its forests, lakes, running loops and sometimes ski tracks. There is also one of the municipalitys wellness facilities with gym. There are several easy ways to get around the city by bus or tram. Chalmers, Chalmers Lindholmen and Göteborgs Universitet can be reached in 15-25 minutes and the city centre in 13 minutes. Tre studentrum hyrs ut till tre studerande vid Göteborgs Universitet och Chalmers,(gärna internationella studenter), i en etagelägenhet på 8:e våningen i Örgryte. Ni får dela på dusch/toalett och allrum på övervåningen, där också två studentrum ligger. I bottenvåningen får vi alla dela på liten toalett, kök med matrum och balkong. Vid ytterdörren ligger ytterligare ett studentrum. Resten av lägenheten disponeras av mig. I alla rummen finns skrivbord, skrivbordslampa, garderob, bokhylla och säng (90, 120 och 140 cm breda). Täcke, kudde och lakan ingår. I studenternas allrum finns soffa, fåtöljer, matbord och TV med 20 kanaler. Supersnabbt fiberbredband med Wi-fi ingår, liksom el och värme. Det finns en gemensam tvättstuga med torkrum/torktumlare och ett låst cykelförråd i markplan. Rökning i lägenheten/balkongen och inom området är ej tillåtet. 1 månadshyra i deposition. I familjen ingår hunden Mimmi, en 12 år gammal, snäll och glad Labradortik, (hon vägrar gå uppför trappan till 2:a våningen) Lägenheten ligger i närheten av Skatås och Delsjöns fritidsområde med skogar, badsjöar, springslingor och ibland skidspår. Där finns också en av kommunens friskvårdsanläggningar med gym. Chalmers, Chalmers Lindholmen och Göteborgs Universitet nås inom 15-25 minuter och centrum på 13 minuter.
