The room is let out to a young high school student. You are neat and tidy, thats very important. No smoking and drugs are accepted indoor or out. No musical practice. There is no parkinglot available in the area. One month deposit. You will stay with a openminded, nice, calm, youthful and tidy 54 year young ) man who like to meet with people from different parts of the World. There will come no extra costs with the room, everything is included, except for food and other privat costs off course. Some small things are rather included, like spices, loundry compound, hand soap and toilet paper, to make it easier for us. The apartment is bright and planned in a good way, situated with walkingdistance to the sea, 5 minutes with tram to a big shoping center, 20 minutes to the university of Chalmers and 30 minutes to the center of Gothenburg. There are three foodstores in the neighbourhood. There might come a cat into the picture, hope your not allergic or afraid. Ive had students from Syria, Bangladesh, Singa Pore, Spain, France and Germany living with me before. All has written a little in my guest book.
