The room is let out only to students, you are neat and tidy. No smoking and drugs are accepted. No musical practice. Please present yourself and add a photo. You will stay with a nice, calm and tidy 53 year young ) man who like to meet with people from different parts of the World and learn more about there culture and food. There will come no extra costs with the room, everything is included, except for food off course, but quite many spices, loundry compound, toilett paper and soap are to save space. The apartment is bright and planned in a good way, situated with walkingdistance to the sea, 5 minutes with tram to a big shoping center, 20 minutes to the university of Chalmers and 30 minutes to the center of Gothenburg. There are also two foodstores in the neighbourhood.
