I am looking for a quiet female university student/professional worker OR a commuter (pendlare). A fresh, modern apartment with panorama view (level 5/5). Location Very good transport communications. Approx. 5 min walk from my apartment to the tram stop. The trams are frequent. Sahlgrenska hospital, 8 min. Odontologen (dental clinic) 8 min, Östra sjukhuset (hospital) 35 min, Chalmers 10 min We split rent and share kitchen and bath. In the kitchen you have your own private refridgerator and kitchen cabinet. A small living room space in connection to kitchen. In the kitchen you have all equipment needed for cooking, there is also a big bar table with two bar seats. Neighbourhood area peacefully surrounded with lush, green woods and tracking paths for jogging. Within walking distance several grocery stores (ICA, Willys, Lidl, Netto), post office, bank (ATG), gym, library, bakery, pharmacy. Included in rent the bedroom, mutual shared areas, use of furniture, electricity, internet. I also offer clean sheets, bedlinen, pillow and towels for free.
