I am looking to rent out my home in Lövskogsgatan to a lovely couple who might take good care of it for me I would hope to start with a 6 month rent period, then all going well, am happy for a longer term contract. Rent period: July 2017 - Jan 2018 (bond 2 months rent) 62.5 sq m 2 x bedrooms with inbuilt cupboards, 1 x lounge/dining, 1 x bathroom with toilet, bathtub etc and 1 x kitchen. Cost 10 500kr/month plus electricity and other expenses Mostly / fully furnished Non smokers, no pets please.
