Im looking for a vegetarian or pescetarian female student/lodger who is interested in renting a light, street-facing room in Kungsladugård. The room is furnished with a single bed, desk, set of drawers, table and arm chair. Theres a small bathroom (toilet only) next to the room, which will mostly be yours. If you would like to invite guests/friends, you have to run it by me first. There might be a chance to extend the renting period beyond the 15th of January, 2017. Kungsladugård was built in the 1930s and hosts a friendly community with shops, cafes, restaurants and parks all within walking distance. The flat is located three minutes from the tram stop (number 3 and 11), which will take you to Chalmers, Gothenburg University or the centre of town within 20 minutes. The park Slottsskogen, which connects Majorna to the city, is a ten minute walk away and the archipelago 20 minutes away by tram.
