This includes split usage of all household equipment such as the microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, food mixer etc. The room itself is furnitured and in the kitchen theres a seperate fridgefreezer for your convenience. Im a calm 27 year old chalmers-student. Occasionally Ive had international students living here before and so far it has been a happy complaint free solution for both. The apartment is very quiet and has a natural view over the forest of Svalebo and the western cemetary. Kennedygatan is situated close to the thriving neighboorhood of Mariaplan in Majorna, with several cafés, stores, pubs and restaurants being a minute walking distance away. The tram station (Sannaplan) is right outside the building. It takes 11-16 min to get to the city centre. To Chalmers it takes 30 min (14 min if you take the express tram).
