The girl currently living in room 4 would prefer the new tenants to also be a girls. The villa is a 3 minute walk from Liseberg amusement park http://liseberg.se and 5 min walk from the tram station. Chalmers University is a 10 min bike ride away. Gothenburg University is about 15 mins with bike. You are sharing the space on the first floor on 4 persons (The total common area on floor 1 is about 80 sqm). The common area has a open fireplace in the living room, Sauna, 1 room with bath and bathroom, 1 small toilet room, 1 shower next to the sauna. Electricity, water and internet is included in the rent. Each room have a soundproof door with personal codelock. You pay the rent 1 month in advance with a 1 month deposit.
