Hello The flat is well decorated with rather fine taste. 10 minutes walk to Lindholmen office cluster. Very Good neighborhood. Convenient traffic. Close to forest and water. backing shop, Pizza, restaurants, supermarkets are nearby. Home appliances, furniture, and kitchen stuff are provided. I am looking for a honest and nice tenant. Hope you can be Tidy and protect the facilities (furniture are freshly new) at home. Also, good to get along with each other. :-) Please feel free to message me and say something about yourself. We share the cost of Internet and energy. Let us start with a shared room currently (officially shared, but I am only at home during long holidays and some weekends), with possibility to rent the whole flat after the sharing period (also possible to extend the rental period after the fixed contract).
