A big room renting out from 1.Dec to end of march or longer time Hello, my name is Meera and I am 46 years old. I have a nice flat , 85 square meters with 3 rooms , 2 toiletes , big kitchen with 2 refrigerators. I would like to rent out this room to a student. I am a tidy and quite person. I meditate everyday Flat is furnished. . Room is 25 square meters. There is a bed, a desk, a book self and a dresser for the clothes. This room has windows to forest and has an exit to the big balcony, which is 8 meters. There is storage in the basement. It takes 18 minutes to go to the city with tram number 4, 8 or 9. It takes 25 minutes with tram number 8 to Chalmers. To walk from the flat to tram station takes 4 minutes. I am looking for a student how has an experience to live with others, non smoker, tidy and flexible. Rent is 3500 kr per month . If you have question please call me to -Contract will be for 4 months until end of march 2015. It would be possible to extend it for one year. I would ask for 1 month deposits and a reference.
