The room is quiet, facing the courtyard and about 20 m2, with direct access to a balcony. It is spacious with wardrobes from floor to the stuccoed ceiling and has a tiled stove. You will share the bathroom and kitchen with access to all the cookware. Electricity and Wi-Fi is included in the rent of 6200 SEK a month. The rent is to be paid in advance, due on the 25th every month. Deposit for one month should be paid together whit the first rent. This will be repaid when you leave the room.
