Electricity, Wifi included in the rent. The room has an area of approx 25 sqmts attached balcony. There is a common laundry room for the whole apartment. I am looking for a long term rental at least an year. WC, Bathroom, kitchen, oven, refrigerator, hall way are shared between us.
