We are looking for a quite, clean university student to rent one of our rooms. The terrace house is in Hisingen, a 20 minute tram ride from the city center and with good connections to Chalmers and most GU Campuses. 5 minutes to nearest grocery stores and pizzeria on Friskväderstorget. The room is unfurnished and on the ground floor in our house. One adult and 19 year old son lives in the apartment and a dog. We will share the bathroom, laundry and kitchen areas. The neighbors are families with children, so this is not a place for late night parties You should be speaking English, Swedish or Finnish. Since I am a woman I am more comfortable with a female lessee. And last, but not least, you should be nice :) If the arrangement works well, it may be prolonged. Proof of acceptance to university is required as well as a deposit
