We rent out a room in our villa to a female international student. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the city centre. Walking distance to the closest tram station is approx. five minutes and the tram takes 10 minutes to the city centre. We are currently two adults and one child living in the house and we have rented out a room for students from different counties for many years. We speak English, German and Spanish.
