Room to rent in Biskopsgården, your room has a bed (150cm), desk, chair, wardrobe. You will also have access to kitchen and living-room. Electricity, water and internet is included. You will have access to the nature 550 meter, public transport 100 meter, shopping 250 meter. With the public transport you can get to central station in 15-20 minutes. We are a married couple without kids but have a dog. We speak Swedish, English and Chinese so we are hoping you might teach us a new language. We are looking for a smoke-free person, preferably student, who wants to stay for at least 6 months. The price is 4000sek/mon, 1 month rent paid in advance plus 1 month rent in deposit which will be returned at the end. In your response I would like to know more about yourself, you know, hopes and dreams and all that, but provide at least the degree you study, interests, intended rental period. Swedes dont worry, you may live here too, the ad is in English for my lazy reasons.
