The apartment (69 sqm balcony) is shared with me, and you have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom and balcony. Utilities included: heating, water, Internet, washing machine. Free access to building amenities: shared laundry room, sauna, bike storage. Provision for electricity: 260kr/month. (Based on previous consumption) No smoking, no pets. Visitors welcome occasionally (as long as theyre respectful of house rules and neighbours). 6-month to 1-year stay preferred, with a chance to renew. Good public transportation at 5-minute walk to trams 5/6/10 (Rambergsvallen / Wieselgrensplatsen station). 10-15 minutes walking to Volvo facilities. 7 minutes to Hemköp supermarket. 10 minutes to Coop/Willys at Wieselgrensplatsen. Im a French mechanical engineer working at Volvo. Im also a pilot and pianist who enjoys board games, hiking, and cycling. I speak English, French, Swedish, Spanish, and some German. You are: a student (Erasmus welcome), young professional, clean and respectful. Ideally around my age (mid-20s to early 30s). Im home mostly evenings and weekends, and would enjoy sharing activities together sometimes (e.g. cooking, board games, movie nights, fika).
