The lengths of stays I am open to allow are flexible, but more than 3 months are preferred. The apartment consists of 62 well-planned square meters split over 2.5 ROK (2 rooms, a smaller den and a standalone kitchen), with an additional 10 squaremeters in the form of a windowed balcony facing south-west. The flat have windows facing both the east and west. Beyond being well planned, the condo is placed on the top of a cliff (around 100m above sea-level) and offer tremendous view over the treetops and surrounding nature with hints of the ocean to the far west and south. Thanks to that, the apartment produce one of the most beautiful and astounding sunset-experiences that I believe Gothenburg have to offer. Since the apartment have a glassed-in balcony you can expect to enjoy it all year around. Similarly - with the east-facing bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, you can count on being greeted by the sun in the morning at all times of the year. The apartment is located in Kaverös, which is just outside the roadtolls and lies in a very cozy and safe neighborhood, while still only 5 tram-minutes away from Linné/Vasa. This is a tremendously kid-friendly area should that be relevant. On the premises there is access to free recreational facilities (a gym, a sauna, a hobby room, a larger conference/gathering room and a carpentry studio) as well as a bookable overnight apartment for when you have guests. In terms of rent, the price includes amenities (warm cold water, heating). Cost of electricity and combined Wifi/TV-package will be added to the rent each month. You can request to rent the apartment with furniture as well.. The apartment could include garage-parking in the associations private garage, located just beside the flat itself.
