Hello everyone. A new academic year is here, and with it comes new international students. I usually have two international students who will begin their studies at Chalmers University or the University of Gothenburg. I live in a two-story house with two spare rooms, suitable for students. My house is located in Hisings Backa, about 20 minutes from the city center. We have several bus routes that go to the city center, and one that goes to Limholme for those who will study at the University of Gothenburg. My living area is a quiet, residential area. We have a supermarket near the bus stop, and then we have a square a little further up, a 10-minute walk from that square. The rent includes electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels. Im the only one living in the house, as Im a widow, and so are two students. So well share the common areas, such as the kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc. It would be great if you could share a little Spanish, as my English is a bit weak.
