Room for rent in Kungsladugård In one of the most popular, attractive and cultural vibrant areas of Göteborg, Kungsladugård by Mariaplan, there is a furnished 15sqm room for rent for an international student, preferably. Since 2017, I have rented the room to a number of international students - men and women - Erasmus student and masters students. One female master student from the Netherlands rented the room for nearly three years. For the moment there is a german student renting the room but hell be moving back to Germany by the end of the semester in january 2026. So now Im looking for a new student You will find the room in an 81sqm three room apartment which you will share with me, a young minded 57 year old teacher in humanistics and language - and father of a grown up daughter - who has left the building, of course... As for me: Im fluent in english and (almost) fluent in german. About the area: Kungsladugård has a lot to offer for any outgoing culture minded person. Its a favorite area for many young progressive people and students. Lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants. Just a stones throw from the river and the beautiful Röda Sten area and not far from Slottsskogen, here youll find all the recreation you need. For any person whos in to sports the area is good for biking, running or walking. There is also a library and supermarkets within five minutes walk. And of course, the area wouldnt be complete if there wasnt a Systembolaget in the neighborhood, too. :-) Getting to the university or the center of Göteborg is easy: just get on the tram - its a two minutes walk - and youll be there in 20 minutes. If you got a bike youll be there even sooner. Im asking 5200 for the room, heating and internet included. No pets, no smokers. If you are interested feel free to contact me for further information
