See enclosed photo. The said apartment is 80 square meters and have three rooms and is in the courtyard 4/5 floors. A fully furnished approximately 20 square meter room is free to rent with a view of the courtyard and with a 140x200 centimeters double bed, two new cabinets, wi-fi and two wardrobes. See enclosed photos. Two pillows, one duvet, pillowcase, duvet cover and towels are included. A big office table and a very comfortable office chair. The rest of the apartment will be shown privately in a physical meeting. An agreement will be drawn up between the apartment owner and the future tenant regarding the agreement period, complete cancellation of any inspection rights and other rules and signature by both parties. The rent for the room is 6.500 SEK per month and must always be paid in advance no later than the 29th of each month where insurance, broadband, wifi, internet, TV and mobile network are included. Both electricity prices are currently included in the rent. Food, beverages and all hygiene items are not included. One month down payment of 6.500 SEK shall be paid at the same time which will be returned if the tenant will express a wish to move out more than one month in advance. The tenant will not be reimbursed at all if the desire to move out is beneath one month. All legal and financial details and lease agreement will be presented during a physical meeting.
