We are now looking for a new tenant for our guesthouse. The furnished cottage has 26 square meters, which we rent to one person. It would be perfect for a student or a weekly commuter. It has a living room with a sleeping loft. In the living room there is a table with chairs, a couch, a wardrobe, and a large bookshelf with doors and drawers for storage. In a separate room is a small kitchen/kitchenette with fridge, a small freezer, microwave, kitchen counter, hot plates, as well as a washing machine. In the bathroom is a massage shower and storage cabinets. On two sides of the cottage there is a porch. The cottage suits somebody who likes to live in the countryside, but still close to the city. Its next to a forest with the Lärje river and plenty of hiking trails. It takes 12 minutes by car, 25 minutes by public transportation (13 minutes walk plus 12 minutes by tram), or 35 minutes by bike to the Central Station. The cottage is in the same yard as the main property which is why we are looking for a calm tenant who does not play loud music or have parties. A deposit will be required. Internet and electricity is not included in the rent. Vi söker nu en ny hyresgäst till vår gäststuga. Den möblerade stugan är på 26 kvm, och vi hyr ut den till en person. Den passar perfekt för en student eller en veckopendlare. Stugan består av ett vardagsrum med ett sovloft. I vardagsrummet finns matbord med stolar, en soffa, en garderob, samt en stor bokhylla med dörrar och lådor för förvaring. I ett separat rum finns ett litet kök/kokvrå med kylskåp, liten frys, mikrovågsugn, diskbänk, kokplattor, samt en tvättmaskin. I badrummet finns förutom toalett och handfat även en massagedusch, samt förvaringsskåp. På två sidor av stugan finns en altan. Stugan passar den som gillar att bo på landet, men ändå nära stan. Den ligger precis vid skogen med Lärjeån och dess många promenadstigar. Till Centralstationen tar det 12 min med bil, 25 min med allmänna kommunikationer (13 min promenad plus 12 min med spårvagn), eller 35 min med cykel. Stugan ligger på samma tomt som huvudfastigheten och därför söker vi en lugn hyresgäst som inte spelar hög musik eller har fester. Deposition kommer att krävas. Internet och el är inte inkluderat i hyran.
