SHORT-TERM rental (dates are negotiable) Fully furnished apartment in the lively Majorna neighbourhood is available during summer. The apartment is on 3/3 floor (no elevator) and its a 2-floor-flat - 1st floor has kitchen, toilet and living room and small balcony - 2nd floor has a bedroom with a double size bed and a working area with an office table, a chair and wardrobes. The flat is quite open and there is no walls between areas but very spacial. The apartment is furnished and included internet, water, heat. It does NOT include electricity fee and it will be deducted from your deposit after your move-out. (the monthly fee is usually 500SEK / Month) Please note that there will be personal belongings in boxes in the corner of the apartment as its a short rental. The place has great access to the city by trams (3, 9, 11)and bicycle (the city bike stand(Next bike) is right in front of the apartment). And there are many local bars, restaurants, bakeries and cafes you can enjoy. Please note that the pictures are from the real-estate company when I purchased the apartment a couple of years ago. Some of the furniture is different such as a dining table (square), sofa(bigger) and picture frames on a wall. And we have installed a island kitchen. Message me if you have any question.
