Hello there We (Petter and Ailinh) are renting out a room in our house starting mid august. We just bought the house so pictures are from the previous owner. We hope to quickly make sure it looks even better after moving in Everything is included in the rent (heating, wifi etc). The room is aprox 13 sqm and will be fully furnished by the time you arrive. There will be a new big (140cm) bed, a desk and wardrobes. To some degree we can try to adjust it to your needs. You will have full access to the bottom floor including kitchen and living room. Our room is upstairs. Theres one bathroom on each floor. The house is in Kviberg, east of central Gothenburg. Connections are good with frequent trams taking you to the central station in just 14 min. You will have one of the biggest parks in the city around the corner with running trails, football fields, outdoor gym, obstacle course etc. Arguably An amazing sports center is connected to the park with gym, climbing gym, ice hockey, indoor beach volleyball and even indoor cross country skiing We are both swedish engineers with office jobs. Petter likes to work out, cycling and travel. Ailinh is a creative soul with many hobbies including playing the violin occasionally at home. Ailinh has a very loving golden retriever called Molly capable of melting hearts. Does mean that you need to be free from dog allergies though.
