Hello, my name is Zara and i am 46 years old. I have a nice flat , 85 square meters with 3 room , 2 toiletes , big kithchen with 2 refrigeratores. Right now a master students from France live in the flat. I am a tidy and quite peson. I meditate everyday. Flat is furniched . There is bed, desk, bookself and cabord for the the clothes. This room has windows to forest and has a exit to a big balcony which is 8 square meters. There is a storage in the baisment. It takes 18 minutes to go to the city with tram number 4,8 or 9. It takes 25 minutes with tram number 8 to Chalmers. From the flat to tram station take 4 minutes to walk. I am looking for some one how has a experience to live with otheres, non smoker , tidy and flaxible and recpect the silance. Room is available now and we can negotiate about the renting period.It can be short or long tearm. You need to have a reference, be a student or have a job and i i will ask for one month deposite.
