Vi hyr ut en fin lägenhet om ca 50 kvm i källarplan i vår villa i Örgryte, med egen separat ingång. Lägenheten är smart planerad med separat kök, eget badrum med dusch och toalett, samt ett kombinerat sov- och vardagsrum. Kök och allrum/sovrum renoverades 2022 och håller fräsch standard. I sovdelen finns en 120 cm säng, och i vardagsdelen finns soffa (bäddsoffa för övernattande gäster), TV med Apple TV, skrivbord samt en rymlig byrå. Tvättmaskin finns i lägenheten. Läget är lugnt och attraktivt med närhet till både stad och natur. Du tar dig till centrala Göteborg på ca 10 minuter, samtidigt som Delsjöområdet och flera fina grönområden finns alldeles i närheten. Närmaste spårvagnshållplats ligger ca 300 meter från huset. I hyran ingår el och wi-fi. Vi som bor i huset är en familj med två vuxna och två barn (6 och 3 år). Vi är sociala, enkla och måna om att det ska fungera smidigt och trivsamt för alla. We are renting out a lovely 50 sqm apartment in the basement level of our villa in Örgryte, with a private separate entrance. The apartment is well designed, featuring a separate kitchen, a private bathroom with shower and toilet, and a combined living room and bedroom. The kitchen and living/sleeping area were renovated in 2022 and are in very good condition. The sleeping area includes a 120 cm bed, and the living area has a sofa (which converts into a bed for guests), a TV with Apple TV, a desk, and a spacious chest of drawers. A washing machine is also available in the apartment. The location is quiet and attractive, with easy access to both the city and nature. Central Gothenburg is about 10 minutes away, and the Delsjö nature area and several green spaces are just nearby. The closest tram stop is approximately 300 meters from the house. Rent includes electricity and Wi-Fi. We are a family living in the housetwo adults and two children (ages 6 and 3).
