You can write me in Swedish, English or Danish :) Hi future roomie I offer a spacious, modern and cozy room in a large apartment in the central area Nya Gårda. The household is mixed gender. We show consideration, respect, and we clean after ourselves (and sometimes each other). Not only that, but the common utilities should always be cleaned -and put back- when they are not used. Preferably immediately so that the kitchen can be fully utilized by someone else. In the kitchen we all have a private cabinet where all foodstuff should be stored. (Please use air tight containers). Storage of personal belongings must be contained there or in the room. The area is close to Svingeln and Nya Ullevi. And 20m from the door you have very convenient and frequent departure of bus 60 with to stops to the central station. The stop is called Vagnhallen Gårda. From here you can walk everywhere downtown. Also close to central station and korsvägen The area is modern and has many young professionals and families in the area. (built in 2011) In the lobby there are two large elevators that open right outside the apartment door. In the entrance there is space for shoes and coats, conveniently stored away when we have guests. There are two bathrooms and a shower in the apartment. Downstairs, there are two laundry rooms with 4 large washing machines, dryer, drying locker and mangler. One laundry room is always first come, first served and usually available. We sort all our garbage and have a rotating cleaning responsibility. You have an area during the week and leave it clears when your area rotates. Its all organised in a practical manner. You: we are looking for one student or a young professional who will live in the room. You are easy going and value a lively environment where there are people socializing, some times :) Room: - Large build in wardrobe - Dresser - Desk - Chair (Any specific wishes can be accommodated ) The common use of the following utilities are: - High speed internet, - Hot water - Electricity - Electricity network fee - Summer/winter balcony - Furnished 70 square meter living room - Apple TV - Chrome cast - Sound system - Kitchen stocked with many utilities. (One month security deposit is required, details will be disclosed in the contract)
