With the tram stop right outside, Stigbergstorget in Majorna, and with good communications to central Gothenburg. The travel to Brunnsparken (where most other trams stop) is around 10 minutes. At Stigbergstorget youll find cafes, restaurants, rental bikes, a grocery store across the street, and a second hand shop in the same building. The room for rent, the green room, fully furnished with: - A single bed with a bedside table. - Desk with office chair and rubbish bin. - Hooks above desk. - Two closets, one with shelves and one for hanging clothes. - A small dresser with a mirror. Top of dresser has a space to keep things like jewelry. - Small basket for blankets. - Laundry basket. - Ceiling light, window light, desk light and a bedside light. - Bed linens and towels. - Window with sheer white curtains and blackout curtains. - An armchair (not seen on photos). The rent includes wifi, electricity, water, heating etc. In the apartment (85 square meters in total): - Kitchen with a dishwasher and extra counter space instead of a kitchen table. Theres also an airfryer, slow cooker, rice cooker etc. to borrow. - Small bathroom with a shower and a washer/dryer combo owned by me. Theres also a laundry room in the same building if needed. - Big living room with a dining table, balcony, and green couches. Theres an old projector for movie nights but no permanent TV. - In the living room is also a birdcage with two budgie birds. They may sing during the day but are quiet at night thanks to the blanket of silence. I dont want any more pets staying here, but its good if youre not deathly allergic as I watch my moms small dog a few times a year. Hes very cute and fluffy. I myself will stay in the bigger bedroom, the blue room. Im a fairly calm 33 year old night owl. I enjoy writing, photography, music and a variety of creative hobbies.
