Ive lived in this house since 2022, and I have cherished the peacefulness of the neighborhood as well as all the visitors nature has brought to the garden. Its not uncommon to find pheasants roaming about in cooler times of the year, hedgehogs rustling in the gardens in summer, and dragonflies swarming in the backyard on a warm spring afternoon. The back of the house looks out onto a grove bordered by tall trees, and seeing all the green so close out the windows is sure to put your soul at ease, as it has done for mine. I am renting out my house because Ive recently moved to an apartment in Lund while I study at the university. I am looking for a tenant to keep the house warm and cosy, at first for one year, but with the possibility of extension. Please write to me if you are interested in renting the house, or have any additional questions. /Kevin
