Cosy room available in large collective house in Ekerö from June 1st onwards. The room is a part of a three-story family house situated in Ekerö, 50 minutes from T-Centralen by bus and metro. The house itself is a 3 minute walk to the bus stop, with a 10 minute ride to Ekerö Centrum where ICA, Apoteket and Systembolaget can be found. It is also a 10 minute walk down to the lake, which is ideal for swimming in summer. The rent is roughly 3400kr a month (depending on heating costs) which includes electricity, heating, water, internet and some basic groceries such as toilet paper, cleaning products, pasta, potatoes, oats, etc. This also includes a vegan lunchbox for those of you working or studying The house has a huge garden where there is plenty of room for gardening and barbeques in the summer. There is also three bathrooms, a large kitchen with a dishwasher, and three living rooms. In the basement there is also a washing machine and a large amount of storage space. The collective: In the collective there are five women between the ages of 20 and 32. Between us we are interested in vegetarian/vegan food, games nights, gardening, documentaries, yoga and travel. Everyone works but there is always someone home to spend time otherwise there are plenty of spaces to spend time by yourself. You will also find a dog, two cats and two rabbits They are all very friendly and happy to cuddle. Looking for: A woman who is seeking somewhere to live in the long term. The house is slightly out of the city so it is a calm space to recharge at the end of the day. It is preferable that you are vegetarian or vegan, or are able to do so within the house.
