Hi Im an expat professional looking for a housemate. I have a small room to rent out. The rent does not include any utilities, so the bill for the water, electricity and any extras would be split 50/50. The place is quite a way from civilisation, but is located on a lovely hill and the atmosphere here is just brilliant (although I did have a visit from a snake not long ago so if you are allergic to nature you might consider giving this one a pass) The good news is the bus stop is just a few minutes away. Now a few words about me: Im a non smoking nerd in my early 30s. I love music, gaming and I draw from time to time. I like to think Im rather easygoing but cant promise I am able to be objective on the matter. Looking forward to hearing from you ) Cheers
