Public transport to Stockholm takes around 45 minutes. Bus stop in walking distance. By car to Stockholm only 20-25 minutes. Arlanda airport (main international airport Stockholm) is 45 minutes by car/taxi. The viking island of Birka can be reached by ferry from Ekerö (30 min) during the summer months. Ekerö has many nice sandy beaches, forests and a ski slope. The home has an open plan living room/kitchen, built in 2012. Especially suitable for families with children (soccer field/trampoline/table tennis/playstation and many toys). Also baby faciliaties available. The house is situated on a beatiful plot of 1200m2, divided into 3 levels, which includes a big wooden deck (partly covered), lounge area/furniture, gas BBQ, outdoor dining table with 6 chairs and great views. It also includes a trampoline and small soccer field with two goals on the lowest level (to be reached by wooden stairs). The TV in the living room is connected to both Swedish cable (fibre) and to a Dutch satellite (providing many Dutch and some German TV channels). Also smart TV.
