I am renting out my apartment, because I will move in with my partner (who lives in The Netherlands). The apartment is fully furnished, and almost completely equipped (e.g. TV, microwave, kettle, tableware, iron, vacuum cleaner, etc will be available, if needed ). The bed is a PLATSA system from IKEA and is 140 cm wide. Heating is included, but even in the winter I barely need to use it. Internet is included as well. Electricity is not included, and will probably costs around 300 kr per month, depending on your usage. There is space outside to park a bike, and inside to store it for longer periods. There is the possibility to get a parking spot either outside, or in an underground garage for a car. It is located on the ground floor, and has an uteplats. You are a 5 minute walk away from a large bus- and metro station (Danderyds Sjukhus on the red line), with a lot of connections to the rest of Stockholm: e.g., its only a 5 minute bus ride to SU or KTH. Also, by bike it only takes 15 -20 minutes to get to SU or KTH, which makes it an ideal location for students or expats working at SU or KTH. In principle it will be available from the 1st of January, however, it will likely be possible to move in already one or two weeks earlier.
