Hi, My name is Fredrik and Im renting out a room to a FEMALE student (no men, couples or families) with a separate bathroom and living room on the second floor of my house in calm and serene Åkarp. The house is located a 10-minute walk from the train station. You are only a 5-minute train ride away from Lund C and an 8-minute ride to Malmö Central station. If you feel like a dip in the ocean, Lomma is only a 10-minute bike ride from my front door. The room (see image with the photograph of a horse) is light, stylish and newly renovated and roughly 16m2 in size. Your private living room is considerably larger and is equipped with a comfy Chesterfield couch, two Bat Lounge chairs, a cool rocking chair and some nice plants. There is also a record player with a selection of vinyl records at your disposal. Your own private ensuite bathroom is also newly renovated. I have my children (4-year old girl and a 7-year old boy) every second week. They are nice, polite and quiet and are in bed by 20:00. When my children are staying at their mothers, Im more often than not living at my girlfriends place in Malmö. In other words, youll have the house for yourself. Youll have access to a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, dining room and a patio with a cosy backyard. Electricity, water, internet, coffee, washing powder and cleaning service (a cleaner comes twice per month) are included in the rent.
